 Mathew Moxness is an investor and entrepreneur with a vested interest in the real estate industry. He studied Web Analytics at the University of British Columbia, and he thereafter studied E-Commerce at Sheridan College.

 Mathew has been involved in real estate most of his working life. He has broad experience across various asset types in the real estate industry and his literacies include best practices for property acquisition, financing, and the structuring of real estate deals.

 Mathew's history of profitable projects, combined with his budding network of builders, architects and suppliers, led him to found Crescendo Equity. Crescendo Equity is a real estate investment company focused on repositioning underperforming assets in Canada, with an emphasis on Ontario's burgeoning multi-family segment. Today, Crescendo Equity has asset holdings in many markets across Ontario.

 Mathew Moxness credits real estate investing for much of his professional growth. As such, he is committed to sharing his extensive knowledge to inspire others to leverage real estate investing as a means to grow. 

 Mathew's work has been featured on HGTV and CHCH, amongst other notable home channels. As of this year, Mathew is a member of the Forbes Council. He's fluent in both French and English.
